Just Your Average Joes in Windsor

Pretty cool place felt like your average small town bar. The drinks were reasonably priced and fast too. Not much else to say honestly

The service was off to a rocky start. But it got better. There server was amazing at checking if you need a refill. It's the behind the scene that was not up to par. Asked if they have Wolfhead. She said yup we have coffee whiskey. Said great I'll take the bottle. It's the Saturday night before St Parricks. She comes back said they were out. So I asked for a double shot of Southern in the rocks. Got it in a tall glass with a straw. I was pretty sure you dont drink it in a straw. In any case I tried it. Was not even close. The order was totally wrong. Ordered nachos with no olives. Comes back drowning on olives. By 1100 the whiskey was coming in a plastic cup. Thank goodness I kept my glass. You would think for 11 bucks and order they'll give it to you in a proper glass. Server amazing. Server being given what she orders not good.

Had a great time there. Good service good food and they had the band Soul Society playing and they rocked the house.

Had a reservation here yesterday and everyone was very happy with the service and food!

My wife and I have been going to Average Joes since it opened.The staff are excellent especially CC. Unfortunately we pretty much stopped eating here as the food ( except the wings ) is very substandard!We attend now only once in a while for a drink and then frequent other establishments for our eating enjoyment.The last item I ordered was the 2 piece fish and chips. The fish was rubber like and the batter was processed in a way that it acted as a sleeve more than a batter.Nice people and patrons but the food is so low quality that competitors have them beat in this area!The menu is very limited so with little choices it leaves one to seek out other establishments!

Great service and what a band that night! The band was Big Wiggle. Without a doubt one of the best bands I have seen. Dance floor packed, they play the right mix of pure dance and classic rock.Service is excellent, guy that had our section had a lot of table and came by often. Didn't eat here but those in our group that did said the food was great.

Live entertainment was exceptional!!Wait staff was spot on.Atmosphere had great music and lively crowd.

BEST chicken wings in Windsor. And I should know. Everything on the menu is great. Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Turns into a cougar bar after 10 on weekends. Tons of TV's for watching sports. Pool tables. I love Average Joe's.

Not an overly impressive bar, used to be a legion if I remember. However, the food is good, the prices are decent and they get decent bands and other entertainment. Lots of parking too.

Played in a trivia benefit night to raise money for the DTM. Packed house. Great food.

Below average. I'm pretty sure the perch they have on the menu is zander. And it's my guess that their wholesaler from Wheatley is buying zander and selling it as local perch. My guess. Nothing about Average Joe's impressed my wife or me. When we got the menu I was not impressed. I asked for the wine list, even though I was pretty sure they didn't have one. They did not. And the waitress said they had wine, but she didn't not know what kind. I had cajole my wife into going to Just Your Average Joe's. She did not want to go there, even though we had not been there before. And we will not be back again. Grotty.

Good place for a cold beer and good food

We stopped in for a burger and beverage. They have a good size menu with the normal bar food. The food was good and portions were on the large side. The food came out hot and quickly. The inside was clean and well kept. There are a number of TVs to watch your favorite sporting event. However, just like the outside is is dated. Don't let that fool you, the food and service are good. There is a large parking lot and it is accessable from Lauzon. If you are in the area, stop in.

great sports bar! awesome chicken wing deal Thursdays and sundays. great bands on Friday Saturday nights if you want to get out and dance!

Best steak sandwich I've ever had! Great waitstaff service. Going back soon- the pizza looked awesome and cant wait to try!

An expansive sports bar that can accommodate any kind of event that you can dream up. A great place for birthday or other celebrations to held, a fun hangout for you team after the game or maybe cheering for our local Spitfires, Average Joe's has it all. Great staff is always a huge plus and there is no lack of talent in this teams line up. Check it out if you are on that end of town.

Great spot for any occasion!

Went for Tuesday night bike night. Was great. Friends of mine ordered the burger and said it was amazing. Had I not already eaten I would have ordered one for myself. Special night drink prices were $4. Place is an older building, but everything was very clean and maintained. Would recommend.
